In The Woodlands, luxury kitchen remodeling projects typically range from $75,000 to $180,000+, depending on custom cabinetry, high-end stone countertops (such as Taj Mahal quartzite or Calacatta marble), and premium appliances (e.g., Sub-Zero, Wolf, Thermador). 2. How long does a luxury kitchen or bath remodel take to complete?
A luxury kitchen remodel typically takes 8 to 14 weeks of active construction, while a luxury primary bathroom remodel takes 6 to 10 weeks. Prior to construction, the design, material selection, and custom cabinet lead-time phase usually requires 4 to 8 weeks.
3. Do I need a permit for kitchen or bathroom remodeling in The Woodlands?
Yes. Remodeling projects involving structural, electrical, plumbing, or mechanical modifications require permits from the Township / Montgomery County or the specific village residential architecture review committee (e.g., Carlton Woods, Sterling Ridge, Creekside Park). A full-service luxury contractor handles all permitting and HOA / WCA (Woodlands Community Association) architectural approvals on your behalf.

5. Can I live in my home during a luxury kitchen or bath renovation?
